Peter Randall
Born: 2nd July 1954 in Essex, England.
He studied sculpture at Bath Academy of Art from 1973-1977.
Peter is a British Artist who specialises in sculpture.
He focuses on nature and the textures and shapes he finds naturally.
His sculptures are held in public and private collections throughout the world including Japan, South Korea, Australia, USA, Turkey, Eire, Germany and the Netherlands.
The seed was created in 2007. It took Peter and his team 4 years to complete. It was made in Cornwall at the Eden Project garden.
It represents the centre of the garden, where all life comes from.
